The Watchman is amazed at how many intelligent and computer-literate conservatives appear to know next to nothing about the possibility that Obama may be an illegal alien, and a literary fraud as well.

Since I am a retired professional educator with 36 years experience, it’s impossible for me to pass up an opportunity to return to my chosen profession for a little review and instruction.

***First, we’ll talk about the possibility that Obama is an illegal alien. Let’s start by visiting the website of Philip J. Berg, Esq. Mr. Berg’s website is so aptly named: www.obamacrimes.com. You can read all the legal mumbo-jumbo there. In the next few lines, I’ll provide a layman’s synopsis of the case.

Berg is a Democrat, former Deputy Pennsylvania Attorney General, and lifetime member of the NAACP. Yes, he is, as far as I can tell, Caucasian. For several weeks, Berg has been on the legal trail of Obama with one basic charge. Mr. Barach Hussein Obama is constitutionally ineligible to serve as president because he is not a natural-born citizen of the United States.

Here are the salient facts in the matter:

* Obama’s birth father [now deceased] was Barach Hussein Obama, Sr., a Muslim of Kenya.
.
* Obama, Sr. impregnated Obama’s mother in Hawaii.
.
* Obama Sr. took his pregnant Caucasian wife [?] back to Kenya for a visit.
.
*Obama’s family didn’t care for the woman because she was white.
.
* She didn’t care for the way Muslim men treated their women and wanted to go home to Hawaii.
.
* However, the airline refused to let her on the plane because her pregnancy was so advanced.
.
* Therefore, the baby was born in a Mombasa, Kenya hospital on August 4, 1961. The paternal grandmother was in the delivery room for the birth and is willing to swear the baby was born in Kenya.
.
* Obama Sr. took his family back to Hawaii where the birth was registered and published in the newspaper in early August 1961.
.
* The couple divorced and the mother married a man from Indonesia named Lolo Soetoro, another Muslim.
.
* The baby became known as Barry Soetoro.
.
* The family eventually migrated to Indonesia where the young child attended Catholic School. His name was recorded as Barry Soetoro and his religion was shown as Islam.

****** Footnote: on November 9, 2008, Google found 93,300 entries for “Barry Soetoro” in .26 seconds. [That’s slightly more than one quarter of one second.]

* Lolo Soetoro eventually adopted Barry.
.
* However, there is no evidence that Barry was ever naturalized.
.
* As Arnold clearly knows, a naturalized citizen can’t become president.
.
* Since Obama was born in Kenya and not Hawaii, and since he was never naturalized, he is now and always has been an illegal alien.
.
* Therefore, he is not eligible for any elective office and is not qualified to be president of the United States.
.
* The man who now calls himself Barach Hussein Obama apparently assumed his birth father’s name. For the record, all three are Muslim names.

Now, for the second sword of Damocles hanging over Obama’s head.

Enter Jack Cashill. Again we’ll begin by visiting a website: www.cashill.com. This site will lead you to details about how scientific evidence is pointing to the fact that Obama was incapable of fulfilling the terms of his publishing contract with Poseidon. When it came time to write his memoir, “Dreams from My Father” from scratch, he couldn’t get it off the ground.

As I did with Berg and his story of Obama, the illegal alien, I’ll let Cashill’s website tell the bulk of the story. I’ll just give you a quick abstract in the form of salient facts.

* Jack Cashill is an author in his own right. His most relevant work is “Hoodwinked,” and it carries the following subtitle: “How Intellectual Hucksters Have Hijacked American Culture”.
.
* Obama had no literary paper trail prior to “Dreams from My Father”. You’d think that a graduate of Columbia and Harvard would have at least one slim volume that he could call his own. Obama had nothing but some pretty poor poetry.
.
* His “position” as president of the Harvard Law Review was basically a popularity contest. He could have used it as a springboard to launch a literary career, if he had been so inclined.
.
* After a visit to Kenya, he decided to write his memoir; a book-agent friend got him a $125,000 contract with Poseidon.
.
* Then came a massive case of writer’s block. The empty suit apparently had an empty head to match.
.
* He and Michelle thought that a junket to Bali might help get the creative juices flowing. Still nothing.
.
* Then he “met a guy in the neighborhood” - - none other than domestic bomber Bill Ayers. In addition to an affinity for blowing up public buildings, Ayers was also a pretty fair writer.

* Ayers also had a memoir: “Fugitive Days”.
.
* When Jack Cashill placed “Dreams. . .” and “Fugitive Days” side by side, he became convinced that Obama’s publisher, “Time Magazine” with their fawning review and the public at large had been “hoodwinked.”
.
* The facile fingers and devious mind of Bill Ayers converted Obama’s writer’s block into a blockbuster of a book. The rest is history.

Here are two blockbuster stories just asking to be written. So far, these stories haven’t escalated beyond the talk radio and Internet worlds.
.
Come on! The whole thinking world can’t be mesmerized by Obama and his tobacco baritone. Wake up out there. Where are the free thinkers who are willing to find a good story in the rough and follow it like a young Beagle on the trail of his first rabbit!
